Planning around your event

Let’s get logistical. After you’ve booked your event, we’ll help you make arrangements to get here, get around, and explore what our corner of Kansas has to offer.

The KU digital billboard at Kansas City International Airport features a bronze statue of the letters "K" and "U" with a 1920 Jayhawk perched on top and additional words that proclaim the “KU’s global community is 400,000+ strong,” along with additional copy that reads, “Jayhawks are senators. Nobel laureates. Olympians. CEOs, astronauts, and more.” The ad also includes the KU logo, KU.edu, and graphic elements of the Towering Toward the Blue brand campaign.

If you require a reasonable accommodation in order to participate in an event, please email conferences@ku.edu or call 785-864-0175 at least three weeks before the first day of the event. Some events may require notice earlier than three weeks and require you contact a specific person. If so, that information will be provided in the event-specific materials.
