Conference Fees

  • Conference registration: $50

Exhibitor Fees

  • Non-Profit Exhibitors: $100
  • For-Profit Exhibitors: $150
     

NOTE: Exhibitor registrations received after March 4, 2024, will not be guaranteed a listing in the printed program. 

How to Register

  • If you have a profile in our system, be sure to login when registering to ensure your attendance and order history is linked to your existing profile.
  • If you do NOT have a profile, be sure to create a profile by clicking on the Create Profile / Sign In link on the left-hand menu and then click on the Create Profile button before you register online, so you can access your certificate of completion after the event.

Registration and Cancellation Policy

We encourage you to send a substitute if you cannot attend. A full refund of registration fees, less a $15 administrative fee, will be available if requested in writing and received at least 7 days prior to the event. For exhibitors, the administrative fee will be $30. No refunds will be made after that date. A $30 fee also will be charged for returned checks. (Please note that if you fail to cancel by the deadline and do not attend, you are still responsible for payment.) Jayhawk Global reserves the right to cancel the event and return all fees in the event of insufficient registration. The liability of the University of Kansas is limited to the registration fee. The University of Kansas will not be responsible for any losses incurred by registrants, including but not limited to airline cancellation charges or hotel deposits.
